Welcome to The South East Learning Centre website - the home of secondary school 'grinds' and intensive courses in Wexford and across the Southeast.
We offer grinds in Maths, French, German and Japanese.
We also offer 2-day Project Maths Intensive Courses in April and May.
After-School and Weekend Grinds
We provide tuition and grinds for leaving cert, junior cert and third level students in mathematics and other subjects. We are situated at 3 Mary Street, convenient to all of Wexford's secondary schools.
Our classes are small, interactive and fun, and provide an effective environment for students to improve their academic skills. Our teachers are the best (we know because our students tell us) and are personally committed to helping and encouraging our students to improve academically.
We also offer 1-day and 2-day intensive courses during Easter holidays and weekends in May.

Expertise
Established in 2003, the South East Learning Centre is the first and only school of its kind in County Wexford. It is privately owned and funded by mathematician Kevin Breen.
Kevin is a veteran teacher with over 23 years experience teaching both in Ireland and overseas at Secondary School and Third Level, including lecturing mathematics at the Dublin Institute of Technology and Dublin City University. More recently he has taught mathematics for Leaving Certificate at the VEC in Wexford.
He holds an Honours Diploma in Applied Sciences from the Dublin Institute of Technology, a double-honours degree in Mathematics and Physics from Trinity College Dublin and an honours Masters Degree in Applied Mathematical Science from Dublin City University. Kevin is from Dublin and is a fluent Japanese speaker.
